Our business analyst: 

• Collects requirements using various generally accepted methods: use of brainstorming with customers; focus groups, prototyping, questionnaires and others. 
• Independently, without requests from the business, analyzes the need to make changes/modifications to the software product in order to improve its functioning. But submits its proposals for business approval. 
• Provides a clear understanding of the scope of the tasks being performed to all interested parties. Informs all participants about any changes. 
• Analyzes and, based on the results of the analysis, optimizes and improves and implements the process of collecting and analyzing requirements within the framework of its tasks, to improve the quality of formalized requirements. 
• Consults analysts/developers or business on various issues in their domain. 
• Conducts business presentations of proposed product implementation solutions or ready-made developed software. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of product management experience. 
• Higher education.
• Completion of specialized courses in business analysis.
• Experience in defining business requirements in the context of software development both from a technical point of view and from the guest's point of view.
• Knowledge of basic software development methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban);
• Practical experience with analytics/data visualization tools, building dashboards;
• PC proficiency, confident user.
