Main duties:

• Analysis of business processes, including related to mobile banking and online banking
• Cooperation with responsible teams to collect and document detailed business requirements
• Participation in functional testing of developed solutions
• Improving processes and increasing the efficiency of digital banking services
• Monitoring market trends to ensure the relevance of our mobile and web platforms

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher degree in business administration, finance, banking or IT
• Experience as a business analyst in banking or a related field, with an emphasis on mobile and web services
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies
• Understanding the main banking systems and security standards of digital banking
• Proficient command of English for effective communication and documentation
• Analytical skills and ability to find solutions
