Main duties:

• Analysis of business processes related to mobile banking and online banking
• Collaboration with responsible teams to collect and document detailed business requirements
• Participation in functional testing of developed solutions
• Improving processes and increasing the efficiency of digital banking services
• Monitoring market trends to keep our mobile and web platforms relevant

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher degree in business administration, finance, banking or IT
• Experience as a business analyst in banking or a related field, with an emphasis on mobile and web services
