One of our founders previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market-leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

We are currently hiring a Business Analyst to support and drive initiatives within our Cashback and Referral program stream.
What You Will Be Doing
Analyze the performance of cashback and referral programs, including user engagement, conversion funnels, and key metrics (virality, retention, ROI)
Conduct ad-hoc and regular research on campaign effectiveness, segmentation strategies, and reward models
Monitor KPIs, identify anomalies, and propose data-driven optimizations
Plan, run, and evaluate A/B tests, including experiments on new engagement scenarios
Collaborate with product, marketing, growth, and operations teams to refine business goals and requirements
Work closely with analytics, CRM, and tech teams to implement and improve referral and cashback mechanics across the user journey
Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance program performance
Contribute to the development and testing of new reward schemes and short-term campaigns aimed at boosting conversion and engagement
Drive end-to-end ownership of cashback and referral initiatives — from hypothesis to launch and impact evaluation
Who You Are
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or fintechsector, specifically in credit products
Strong understanding of lending processes, credit risk, and financial product design
Proficient in SQL, Excel, BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and data analysis methods
Experience in writing business and technical requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
