Business analyst (B2B sales/purchasing/logistics) in Ancom Group

We are expanding the financial department and inviting an experienced business analyst for the automation and optimization of management accounting.

Functional duties:

• collection and analysis of business requirements from customers and users;
• description, optimization and automation of financial and commercial business processes;
• production of technical specifications and control of 1C developments;
• analysis of changes and preparation of analytical documentation;
• development of business models for the effectiveness of key KPIs of the company with various input data.

Hard skills:

• collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements;

• understanding and description of business processes (BPMN, UML - desirable);

• basic understanding of IT solutions and the development life cycle;

• experienced PC user: 1C 8.3 (UNF, UTP), Microsoft Office (Word, Exel, Google Sheets), Bitrix24 (will be an advantage) - data, reports;

• experience of interaction with the development team.

Soft skills:

• analytical thinking and attention to details;

• clear communication and negotiation skills;

• responsibility and orientation on the result.
