Analysis and formalization of requirements:

• conducting interviews with financial departments to determine automation needs.
• identification of bottlenecks in accounting processes and proposal of solutions.
• analysis of existing processes, development and proposals for their automation and improvement.
• preparation of terms of reference for developers and integrators.

Participation in the implementation of solutions:

• implementation of ERP solutions for automation of accounting and financial accounting.
• proposals for optimization and reduction of manual work in accounting operations.
• creation of process models « AS-IS" and "TO-BE".
• configuration of business logic in systems (charts of accounts, financial reports, tax calculation algorithms, etc.).
• testing of new functions and checking the compliance of the system with the requirements.
• preparation of instructions for end users (accountingers and financial analysts).

Monitoring and support of implemented solutions< /b>:

• control of correct operation of systems after startup.
• resolution of incidents related to related to financial and accounting operations.
• proposal of changes or expansion of functionality in response to changes in legislation or business needs.

Expectations from you:

• higher education ( economy, finance, accounting or IT with knowledge of accounting systems).
• work experience as a business analyst in accounting or financial accounting automation projects.
• work experience or deep understanding of the functions of accounting, financial accounting, tax reporting.< /li>
• understanding of the main processes of accounting and financial accounting: calculation of salaries, accounting of fixed assets, budgeting, formation of financial statements.
• experience of working in accounting systems 1C or Master will be an advantage.
