What professional skills are important: - Successful experience of working as a business analyst in IT for 2 years or more - Skills in project volume and budget formation, planning, change management, risk assessment, control qualities - Ability to manage stakeholders, conduct communication - Understanding of design stages - Understanding of the principles of human-centered design - Ability to interview customers, analyze requirements, clearly formulate tasks for developers - Ability to work with the regulatory and legal framework - Skills in preparing technical documentation - Skills in building business process diagrams Desirable professional experience of the candidate: - Experience in high-volume IT projects - Experience in working with government structures - Experience in design services - Experience in integration of various registers/systems Is English required and at what level?
