The main functionality of the position:

• Analysis, modeling and description of business processes
< li>Collection and analysis of customer business requirements, description of requirements (BRD)
• Development of requirements for configuration, functional specifications (FRD), development of technical specifications, coordination of requirements and documents
• Management of requirements ( changes, impact on current requirements, control over implementation)
• Development of proposals for optimization and automation of business processes
• Analysis of the functionality of used systems and drafting of proposals for their optimization
• Interaction with the IT team, setting tasks for developers
• Participation in testing, monitoring the compliance of the developed functionality with the customer's business requirements and TOR, supporting user testing and bringing the solution into industrial operation
• Participation in in the Company's projects, development of project documentation, reporting on the progress of implementation of tasks in the project

We expect from you:

• higher education (economic or technical)
• experience in describing business processes and developing operating procedures
• knowledge of process description notations: BPMN, UML

• understanding of the life cycle of software development
• good theoretical training in the field of business analysis and modeling of business processes
• experience as a business analyst of 2 years or more (experience will be an advantage in the insurance or banking sphere)
• 2 years of project implementation experience
• understanding of the principles of software construction, database analysis skills, system integration, knowledge of network protocols, API
< li>skills for working with specialized software (Bizagi Modeller, MS Visio, MS Project, TFS, Jira)
• practical experience with project management methodologies
