Weare looking for aBA who has: 1+year ofexperience asaBusiness/System Analyst; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability tointeract with stakeholders atall levels tocollect ideas and feedback about the system and turn them into development requirements. Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML). Good understanding ofsoftware development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Proficient inJira/Confluence orsimilar software. Self-motivated, with astrong desire tolearn and grow inthe role. Upper-Intermediate (orabove) English level. Would beaplus: Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Information Technology, Software Engineering orarelated field. Technical background (including knowledge ofprogramming basics). Work experience with HRTech domain. Main responsibilities: Assist inthe analysis, documentation, and management ofbusiness requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Participate inthe development offunctional specifications for new systems and modifications toexisting systems. Collaborate with the software development team toensure requirements are understood and met. Support the creation ofuser stories and acceptance criteria toguide development efforts. Conduct market research and analysis tosupport strategic decision-making. Help facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops togather and document requirements. Participate inthe testing ofnew software toensure alignment with business needs and user requirements. Assist inthe creation ofuser manuals, training materials, and other documents asneeded toenable successful implementation and adoption ofnew ormodified systems.
