We're on the lookout for a sharp, driven Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You'll be at the heart of our mission to revolutionize pharma marketing material release times through MLR review process automation and AI-powered content recommendations.

Responsibilities

✔️ Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements in alignment with strategic objectives.  
✔️ Work hand-in-hand with product owners, development, QA, and design teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements in Agile software development cycles.  
✔️ Conduct workshops and meetings to capture and define user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.  
✔️ Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and other artifacts to effectively communicate requirements and solution designs.  
✔️ Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs.  
✔️ Manage projects throughout their lifecycle, from concept to launch, by skillfully handling schedules, resources, and stakeholders.  
✔️ Develop comprehensive business cases, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and perform other analyses to quantify project value.  
✔️ Engage in market research, user interviews, and data analysis to generate valuable insights.  
✔️ Proactively identify project risks and limitations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success.  
✔️ Continuously monitor project progress and adapt plans to accommodate changing requirements.  
✔️ Lead and mentor junior business analysts on the team, contributing to their professional growth.  
✔️ Build processes, metrics, and dashboards, monitor and lead the team (with the tech lead) to ensure highly satisfied and successful clients and team members.

Requirements

✔️ At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.  
✔️ Strong technical background, along with hands-on experience in engineering or product management.  
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interactions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
✔️ Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.  
✔️ Proficiency with requirements management tools such as JIRA.  
✔️ Experience in preparing presentations, mockups, diagrams, and technical documents.  
✔️ Experience establishing various SDLC processes, instrumentation, and techniques to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliverables.  
✔️ Analytical and product management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and quality requirements.  
✔️ Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.  
✔️ Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for managing Agile processes and documentation.  
✔️ Demonstrated success in excelling within a fast-paced, global environment while effectively managing multiple priorities, resilience to startup nature dynamics.  
✔️ Proven problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.  
✔️ Team player and contributor, dedicated to the project.  
✔️ Active ownership of tasks assigned, "Getting things done" mindset.

Would be a plus

✔️ Understanding or experience with ML and NLP.  
✔️ Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or other relevant technologies for effective data analysis.
