Business analyst in CompassWay

Necessary knowledge and competencies:
1. Experience in the role of BA 2 + years.
2. Experience in product companies. Will be a plus experience in domain areas: Payment systems, Finance, Banking.
3. Understanding the software development process (SDLC); Experience in preparing business analysis artifacts - Feature List, Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Use Case Scenarios, etc.
4. Experience in conducting business analytical activities and applying various tools and techniques of business analysis (prototyping, UML, BPMN).
5. A clear understanding of the principles and specifics of development, as well as the implementation of software products; practical experience in the framework of agile frameworks for project management - Scrum or/and Kanban.
6. Experience with task management systems (JIRA, Git) and documentation maintenance (Confluence).
