Pecode is an IT company with 7 years of experience that creates a community of results-oriented professionals and clients. We are looking for a talented Business Analyst to become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding of the MVP concept: Defining the minimum set of features to launch the product, focus on key features for users.
• Business-oriented thinking: Understanding business goals and evaluating the financial feasibility of the project, analyzing the competitive environment.
• Technical skills: Understanding of IT architecture, knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), ability to work with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Communication skills: Effective interaction with various stakeholders, holding meetings and workshops, preparing documentation.
• Organizational skills: Management of requirements, prioritization and control of their implementation, project risk management.
• Analytical skills: Gathering and analyzing requirements, creating and analyzing use cases.

• Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian at the B2 level and above.
