Business Analyst in Atschool

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and will help in creating a modern online learning platform. Requirements:- 3+ years of work experience as a business analyst, preferably in product companies;- Understanding of Agile methodologies;- Ability to analyze business processes and form clear business requirements, maintain project documentation ;- Practical experience in writing User Stories and building Use Cases; - Backlog creation and prioritization skills; - SDLC understanding; - Analytical thinking, ability to understand an unknown subject area; - Experience with Jira/Confluence/Figma; - Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills; - Technical background and knowledge of Moodle will be an advantage. Responsibilities: - Collection, description and formalization of requirements for the development of a new product, communication with interested parties; - Development and analysis of business requirements and creation of specifications; - Interaction with developers to translate business requirements in technical requirements; - Formation of technical tasks for development; - Analysis and identification of problem areas and finding solutions for improvement; - Writing instructions for users, holding presentations.
