We are currently looking for a talented business analyst who wants to join our team and participate in the creation of truly unique and exciting projects. What to do: — organize requirements for the future product (communicate with interested parties — developers, customers, end users); — formulation of high-level task descriptions and their breakdown into user stories according to the customer’s business requirements; — processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on current requirements ;— analyze problem areas and generate suggestions for improvement;— providing the customer with a report on completed tasks and the progress of the project as a whole;— presenting prototypes, demos, and ready-made solutions to the customer. Working conditions: The role mechanics and team motivation are built so that you are engaged in high-level tasks. You plan ideas, describe them in detail, approve them from the technical side and present them to the team. Your role will then focus on supporting and overseeing execution without micromanaging and checking statuses daily or calling them out on demos. Project management processes are automated as much as possible: you will spend 80% on work with requirements, 20% on work with the team. After completion, the team presents each of the tasks, and you, for your part, present them to the customer and coordinate the release cycle.
