We are QuitCode, a rapidly developing company that has already become a trusted partner for small and medium-sized businesses in the USA and Europe. We develop software using no-code solutions and use tools such as Airtable, Zapier, Make.com, JotForm and Softr.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Analyst with excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written). If you want to develop in IT, gain exciting experience and become part of a friendly team of professionals, then we are waiting for your resume!

From the candidate, we expect:

• Ability to work full time (40 hours) at the office in Lviv;
• Proficiency in English at a level not less than B2 (90% of work with English-speaking partners);
• Experience in this or a related position from 1 year (not necessarily in the IT field);
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and design them;
• Experience of holding meetings with the client, identifying requirements, their formalization and coordination;
• Ability to conduct written and oral communication with clients;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills;
  An additional advantage will be:
• Basic knowledge of software development technologies;
• Basic understanding of marketing and sales;
• Completed courses in B2B Sales, QA, PM, BA, or Software; Engineering;
• Deep understanding of Agile methodology;
  Main duties:
• Analysis of the client's business processes and formation of business requirements;
• Implementation of new technological solutions;
• Interaction with development teams at the stages of implementation and testing;
• Evaluation of works and deadlines;
• Development of instructions / documentation in accordance with the supplied technical specifications;
• Conducting meetings with clients regarding assigned tasks;
