Business analyst (1C, BAS, BAF) in AvtoNova-D

We "AvtoNova-D"< span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"> and we have been working in the market for more than 12 years and is the largest UA warehouse of spare parts for German cars. Currently, we have 25 branches in the territory of Ukraine, which are working successfully. Our goal is to create new standards in the field of car service, making people's lives more comfortable and mobile.

We are currently strengthening the team and in the search for >Business analystwith experience working with the 1C / BAS / BAF accounting system to support, optimize and develop the company's information systems. 

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of requirements for new or existing functionality in the accounting system 1C / BAS / BAF
• Collection and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Study of current business processes and proposal of solutions for their optimization using 1C.
• Modeling of business processes and creation of technical documentation (BPMN, UML) .
• Support of users of the 1C system, training and consultations on the use of systems and automated processes
• Testing of new systems and automated processes.

 Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of information technologies, economics, or business analysis.
• Experience of working with the 1C platform (at least 2- x years).
• Experience of working with logistics processes involving automated systems.
• Knowledge of the main modules of 1C: Trade Management, Accounting, ZUP, and others.
• Experience in configuration, optimization and integration of solutions on the 1C platform.
• Ability to use API documentation to understand functionality.
• Ability to document requirements, create technical tasks and functional specifications.
• li>Skills to analyze business processes and optimize them using 1C.
• High communication skills for interaction with business users.
