Business analyst 1С/BAS

Main responsibilities:

• Participation in the internal project of implementing automation systems based 1С/BAS
• Analysis of the company’s business processes, identification of needs for optimization/automation of business processes, reconciliation of differences between requirements with the internal customer, preparation of technical tasks for developers;
• Control of compliance of the finished solution with system requirements
• Transfer of the finished solution to the internal customer
• Writing of instructions and regulations;

Our expectations regarding experience and skills:

• Higher technical education or in the areas of "Enterprise Economics", "Finance"; 
• Experience as a 1C/BAS business analyst from 2 years:
• Knowledge of one or more configurations: 1C UPP, UTP, BAS ERP;
• In-depth knowledge of one or more subject areas: Accounting and tax accounting, IFRS accounting, treasury, budgeting, consolidation of reporting;
• Ability to analyze the company’s business processes, identify optimization/automation needs, set technical tasks for development;
• Availability of professional/specialist-consultant certificates for BAS configurations; (Will be an advantage);
• Experience in the development of a reporting consolidation system (will be an advantage);
• In-depth knowledge of BPMN notation (will be an advantage);
• High level of Excel proficiency;
• A confident user of office programs;
• Proficiency in Share Point (Will be an advantage);
• Understanding and mastery of IT systems (will be an advantage) advantage).

Working conditions:

• Official employment, provision of all social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine;
• Medical insurance after passing the VT (3 months);

• Working schedule: 8.00 -17.00/9.00-18.00, 5-day work week.
