Work: permanent, remote.

The purpose of the position:if the user has a need for the new functionality of 1C, to ensure the high-quality setting of the task in the development department. Also accept the implementation of the task, demonstrate the work, train users.

Main tasks:

• consulting: analysis of the customer's business processes and customization of 1C solutions to their needs. Creation of new business processes
• development of technical specifications: writing of detailed technical tasks for programmers.
• testing: checking functionality for compliance with technical specifications.
• training: training and creating instructions for users

What are our main expectations from the candidate:

• knowledge of 1C Enterprise products: deep understanding of the accounting mechanisms of functionality and the structure of typical configurations (BAS ERP, BAS Trade Management, BAS Accounting, etc.).
• skills analyze business processes: the ability to identify, describe (AS-IS) and optimize (TO-BE) the company's business processes (sales, procurement, warehouse, finance).
• the ability to compile technical documentation: writing high-quality technical tasks for developers, creating user instructions.
• communication and managing stakeholders: the ability to communicate with customers and developers, manage expectations and conflicts
• experience working with task accounting systems (Jira), MS Excel/Word
• attention to details
• adaptability
