We are currently looking for a specialist for the position of "1C Business Analyst" who shares our values ​​and wants to become part of our company.

Basic responsibilities:

• Interaction with internal customers, analysis, collection, identification and formalization of the customer's business requirements;
• Participation in the automation of the company's business processes;
• Planning project work, drawing up a plan for the implementation of individual tasks;
• Description of the company's processes, taking into account the system architecture and using process modeling techniques;
• Writing technical specifications for finalizing system tools and placing technical specifications on developers;
• Reception from developers, testing and implementation of improvements;
• Writing instructions, conducting presentations and training on the implementation of functionality

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Business Analyst from 3+ years;
• Successfully implemented own cases (BP) that work and have shown their effectiveness;
• You - team player;
• Knowledge of the basic principles of Agile methodology;
• Practical skills of creating prototypes and developing scenarios of User Stories, Use Cases;
• Understanding the principles of building a RESTful API , knowledge of JSON and XML;
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, notations for describing business processes (UML, BPMN, BPMN 2.0), drawing up regulatory documentation and documenting project work;
• Knowledge of typical business processes of a trading enterprise, the basics of warehouse, accounting and management accounting;

• Independence in acceptance decisions and the ability to take responsibility for them

Will be a plus: command of the English language (level B1+) and experience with BAS/BAF ERP.
