We are currently looking for a specialist for the position of "1C Business Analyst" who shares our values ​​and wants to become part of our company.

Basic responsibilities:

·       Interaction with internal customers, analysis, collection, identification and formalization of the customer's business requirements;

·       Participation in the automation of the company's business processes;

·      Planning project work, drawing up a plan for the implementation of individual tasks;

·       Description of company processes taking into account the system architecture and using process modeling techniques;

·       Writing TOR for finalizing system tools and submitting TOR to developers ;

·       Reception from developers, testing and implementation of improvements;

·       Writing instructions, conducting presentations and training on the implementation of functionality

Requirements:

·       Experience work as an IT Business Analyst for 3+ years;

·       Successfully implemented own cases (BP) that work and have shown their effectiveness;
 ·       You are a team player; 
· Knowledge of the basic principles of the Agile methodology;

·       Practical skills in creating prototypes and developing scenarios of User Stories, Use Cases;

·       Understanding the principles of building a RESTful API, knowledge of JSON and XML;
 ·       Knowledge of the software development life cycle;

·       Experience working with Jira, Confluence, business process description notation (UML, BPMN, BPMN 2.0), drawing up regulatory documentation and documenting project work;

·       Knowledge of typical business processes of a trading enterprise, the basics of warehouse, accounting and management accounting;

 ·  Independence in decision-making and the ability to take responsibility for them

·  It will be a plus: 

         - command of the English language (level B1+);

         - experience with BAS/BAF ERP;
