Our customers are from the USA, Europe and Asia. We are currently looking for a talented business analyst who wants to join our team and participate in the creation of truly unique and exciting projects.

Requirements:

- 2 years of work experience as a Business Analyst;
—expertise in gathering and managing the requirements lifecycle;
—confident work in cloud services, Jira, Google services (sheets, slides, documents);
- the ability to divide the complexity of creating user stories between business requirements, design, Backend and Frontend;
—visualization and presentation skills to stakeholders;
- English level - from Upper-Intermediate ( must have for communication with native speakers);
—Understanding different work methodologies.

What needs to be done:

- organize requirements for the future product (communicate with interested parties - developers, customers, end users);
— formulation of descriptions of top-level tasks and their division into user stories according to the business requirements of the customer;
—processing of change requests, analysis and description of the impact on current requirements;
— analyze problem areas and generate suggestions for improvement;
- providing the customer with a report on completed tasks and the progress of the project as a whole.
- presentation of prototypes, demo versions and ready-made solutions to the customer.

Working conditions:

Role mechanics and team motivation are built so that you are engaged in high-level tasks. Plan ideas, describe them in detail, approve them from the technical side and present them to the team. Your role will then focus on supporting and overseeing execution without micromanaging and checking statuses every day or calling them out on demos. Project management processes are fully automated: you will spend 80% working with requirements, 20% working with the team. After completion, the team presents each of the tasks, and you, for your part, present them to the customer and coordinate the release cycle.
