Business Analyst in Pletin A., FOP

My client is an integrator of full-cycle solutions and is looking for a dynamic and purposeful CRM systems analyst who will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the use of the CRM platform. 
The company specializes in the development and implementation of complex solutions for automation in the FMCG, Agro, finance and other industries.  
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as an analyst of CRM systems.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality.
• Experience in working with databases.
• Skills in data analysis and processing.
• English language level B2+

Will plus:

• Ability to write functional requirements and technical design.
• Understanding the structure of databases.
• Experience with business processes.
• Experience in Creatio 

Responsibilities:

• Studying our company's products and configuring them.
• Gathering requirements. Determination of customer needs and expectations, analysis of their business processes.
• Analysis and documentation. Development of documentation describing the functional and technical requirements for the system.
• Definition of technical solutions.
• Cooperation with technical specialists to develop and select optimal solutions.
• Project coordination.
• Ensuring communication between the development team and the client, control of project execution.
• Testing and validation. 
• Checking the compliance of the CRM system with the requirements and validating the finished product with the client.
• User training.
• Organizing and conducting training for end users. 
• Support and improvement.
• Consultative support after system implementation, analysis of results and suggestions for improvement.
• Presentation of developed solutions to the customer.
