Business Analyst in Promodo

What is important to us:

• Business Analyst / Product Analyst experience from 2 years;
• Skills in writing technical documentation (Confluence, Google Docs, etc.).
• Ability to model processes in BPMN / UML;
• Understanding Agile/Scrum development processes;
• Strong communication skills: interaction with customers, developers, testers, support;
• Experience with Jira or analogs.
• Experience in digital marketing is a plus
• Experience in building BA processes from scratch
• English B1+

Functional:

• Communication with the customer, description of requirements, demonstration of functionality, receiving feedback, formation of acceptance criteria;
• Impact analysis: Verification of new requirements for compatibility with current functionality.
• Conducting discovery sessions, interviews and workshops with stakeholders
• Writing technical tasks (TOR) for IT departments, building process flowcharts, creating instructions and business requirements
• Describing user documentation
• Supporting the team and support: explaining the logic, clarifying the steps of reproduction, creating bugs in Jira;
• Maintaining documentation (Confluence) font-weight: 400">Transparent communication. An open position of the top management that provides an understanding of the company's strategy and the importance of the achievements of each team member.
