WE INVITE A BUSINESS ANALYST TO OUR TEAM
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education;
- experience of working with remote banking systems;
- understanding of the processes of providing banking services (lending, attracting deposits, opening accounts, card transactions);
- experience of working with a mobile bank and internet bank and their testing;
- experience of forming business requirements and setting technical tasks for the implementation of software;
- experience of analyzing processes within the framework of the functioning of banking systems remote service;
- writing documentation (test case, check list, instructions);
- knowledge and understanding of testing theory;
- skills to analyze and document functional and non-functional software requirements.
THIS WILL BE A PLUS:
- Experience writing queries in SQL;
- experience working in IsCard, ABS B2, understanding the operation of card and digital products.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Analysis and optimization of existing processes;
- organization of documentation and preparation of approval of business requirements;
- definition of business requirements and key business needs;
- modeling business processes;
- writing technical tasks;
- conducting user testing of software products for compliance with technical requirements;
- interacting with the IT department during the implementation and testing of business processes;
- fixing the necessary changes in the form of task statements in JIRA.
