Your main duties:

• analysis and documentation of new and existing business processes of the company's products and divisions, identification of bottlenecks and areas for optimization; 

• collection, analysis and formalization of business, user and customer requirements;

• formation of technical tasks for development, interaction with developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements;

• modeling of business processes; 

• testing for compliance with business requirements; 

• training for key users;

• writing methodology;

• 2 years of experience as a business analyst or system analyst;

• experience working with BAS, web, CRM, Jira, Confluence and Figma; 

• experience of writing technical tasks for the developer; 

 

• basic understanding of database architecture; 

• team interaction skills and working with stakeholders at different levels.
