Business analyst in Chicco

We are a multi-brand company - an importer of children's goods.

We have many brands and areas, so it is important for us that the data is accurate, clear and uniform for the whole team.

We are currently looking for Business analytics, which will help build a transparent management reporting system and make analytics fast, convenient and useful for business.

What you will do:

• You will control the correctness, completeness and relevance of data in the company's systems (ERP/CRM/warehouse/finance/BI).
• You will regularly check the data, find errors and discrepancies, and help eliminate them.
• You will build and develop the company's management reporting.
• You will create reports, dashboards and analytical models for business requests.
• You will optimize existing reports: automate, simplify, increase accuracy.
• Collect and formalize requirements from departments (sales, marketing, finance, logistics, purchasing).
• Explain indicators and help form a unified approach to metrics ("dictionary metrics").
• You will participate in the development of BI solutions and the preparation of regular reports for management.

Our candidate:

• Has experience as a business analyst/data analyst from 2 years.
• Understands key business processes: sales, finance, warehouse, logistics.
• Has experience working with ERP/CRM systems (1C/BAS/SAP/Odoo/MS Dynamics or similar).
• Confidently works with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables).
• Has experience working with BI tools.
• Able to structure information, build data logic and pay attention to details. Able to work with requests from different teams and prioritize tasks. reporting from scratch.
• You have experience in automating reports and minimizing manual work.
• You understand financial indicators and reporting.
• Worked with large amounts of data.
