• Identifies business requirements, describes technical tasks for their implementation
• Controls the completeness, consistency, ambiguity and relevance of its documentation at each stage of the SDLC
• Controls the timeliness of the implementation of software products/revisions
• Performs express assessments of project initiatives
• Performs task and project planning
• Participates in the implementation of developed solutions (writing instructions, training users, participating in the transfer to support, support in the initial stages of operation)
• Contributes to the development and adaptation of new employees of the department
• Participates in improving the regulation of the department's activities

• Possess high communication skills and strive for professional development.
• Have experience with business process modeling tools (Draw.io, Diagrams.Net, MS Visio).
• You have prototyping skills (Figma or other similar software).
• You have knowledge and experience working with 1C (you understand the peculiarities of building a database, you know how to use LCDs, create database queries).
• Worked with K2 or other BPM systems.
• You understand the basics of working with SQL and have experience in creating queries that combine different tables.
• You know business application integration technologies.
• You speak English at the Intermediate level.
