Business analytics

Main tasks:

• conducting meetings with the customer and collecting requirements;
• tasks and developing a vision (model, concept) of their solution;
• participation in projects to improve and create new business processes in the company;
• interaction with programmers - setting tasks (writing TOR), testing;
• writing instructions for the final users;
• training of users, implementation of developments;

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• experience in setting technical tasks (writing TOR), description of business processes, development of regulatory documentation;
• theoretical training in the field of research, analysis and modeling of business processes;
• knowledge of BPMN business process description notations will be an advantage;
• initiative, communication skills, ability to work in a team and determine priorities
