Business Analyst in Doctor Eleks

What you will do:

• Analyze the technical requirements and business processes of the client — understand how everything works now and what the “ideal” process should be.

• Communicate with the client, identify automation needs, conduct interviews with key users.

• Model and document business processes for the information system.

• Cooperate with the development team, support the implementation of functionality.

• Provide assistance to the first line of technical support, help users navigate the system.

• Prepare instructions and documentation for users to make the system clear and comfortable.

What we are looking for in you:

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

• Ability to reasonedly explain your point of view and make decisions.

• High communication skills, the ability to communicate with clients and the team.

• Responsibility, results orientation and desire to develop.

• Experience in the IT and/or medical field will be a big plus.
