Business analyst in NDA Recruitment

We are looking for an analyst who will help make business processes more efficient and support teams in making decisions.

What you will do:

• You will analyze how key processes work between teams;

• Identify weak points and propose ways of improvement;

• You will launch new formats of information exchange;

• You will prepare analytical reviews, reports and presentations for management.

What we expect:

• 2 years of business or process analyst experience;

• Analytical thinking and the ability to find the root causes of problems;

• Ability to work with teams at different levels;

• Independence, initiative and readiness for changes.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in production or logistics companies;

• Working with Power BI, Confluence, Jira;

• Designing processes in the form of procedures and instructions.
