ENAMINE is a research company, which today is one of the largest companies in Ukraine, which at the global level is engaged in research in the field of fine organic synthesis and the development of preparative methods for the synthesis of organic compounds. These studies are promising for pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

To strengthen the Odoo system implementation team, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the administration or implementation of CRM/ERP systems for six months or more or minimum experience as a business analyst.
• Analytical mindset, the ability to collect requirements, analyze them and find solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to work with users at different levels of the organization.
• Understanding approaches to system integrations, the ability put TK on integration;
• Confident work in cloud services, Jira, Google services, MS (sheets, slides, documents, etc.);
• Knowledge/skills of working with Figma, Camunda, Miro, etc.
• Skills of visualization and making presentations to stakeholders;
• English level - from Intermediate;
• Knowledge or understanding of process modeling methods such as BPMN and UML.
• Knowledge in working with instructions and regulations;
• Knowledge and understanding of the full cycle of business processes (discovery, validation and management of new and changed processes after analysis);
• understanding of different work methodologies.

Job duties:

• Involvement in the implementation of the ERP system and its further support:
• Constant analysis of current business processes and search for areas of optimization with the help of IT solutions;
• Collection of requirements from managers and staff;
• Modeling of processes according to the BPMN method: BPMN models of Use Cases processes, description of integrations, commonly used functions and formation documentation;
• Analysis of system requirements and capabilities, solution design;
• Setting of technical tasks for the ERP system;
• Organization and writing of company processes (collection of information from process stakeholders);
• Functional decomposition of solutions
• Processing change requests, analysis and a description of the impact on the current requirements;
• Analyze problem areas and generate suggestions for improvement;
• Provide the customer with a report on the completed tasks and the progress of the project as a whole.
• Presentation of prototypes, demo versions and finished solutions to the customer.
