We are the largest regional retail chain in Western Ukraine - "Kopiyochka". The network is developing dynamically and has more than 500 stores! The IT department has an open vacancy for a Business analyst, who will be involved in the implementation of new projects for the automation of retail network processes. What we entrust to you:

Analysis and formalization of requirements:

• Collection of requirements from company divisions (logistics, procurement, finance, operations department).
• Analysis of business needs in the context of existing and planned IT solutions.
• Analysis of existing processes, development and proposals for their automation and improvement.
• Preparation of technical tasks for developers and integrators.

Participation in the implementation of solutions:

• Coordination of the implementation of software solutions: ERP, WMS, POS, CRM systems.
• Interaction with internal customers, developers, testers and integrators.
• Participation in project planning: prioritization of tasks, assessment of risks and resources.
• Participation in system testing, checking the compliance of developed functions business requirements.
• Supporting the launch of systems and their integration into the company's business processes.

Monitoring and support of implemented solutions:

• Tracking the performance and effectiveness of new systems after launch.
• Participation in solving problems after implementation (incidents, improvements).
• Finding new solutions for expanding the functionality of systems in response to business needs.

Expectations from you:

• experience working as a business analyst in the IT department or in process automation projects from 2 years.
• desired experience of implementing systems in retail (ERP, WMS, POS, CRM)
• understanding of retail business processes: purchasing, sales, logistics, warehouse accounting, assortment management and pricing.
• skills of process analysis and optimization ("AS-IS" and "TO-BE" modeling).
• ability to work with BI systems (Power BI, Tableau or similar).
