what will you need to do:

• Collection, analysis, evaluation and formalization of business requirements for the functionality of mobile app for individuals
• Writing Technical Tasks (TK) to internal and external developers
• Communication with developers in JIRA, GLPI (internal service-Desc)
• Supporting the process of development, testing and implementation of software
• Control Terms of Technical Tasks.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience of technical tasks
• Understanding banking operations
• Experience with an automated banking system (ABS) scrooge (preferably)
• Knowledge and understanding of remote service channels
