Functional tasks:
-Collection, Analysis and Documentation of Customer Business Section
-Writing Technical Tasks for Development or Modification of Software Functionality
-Checking the compliance of the implemented functionality with the claimed requirements and quality standards
-Management of Integration Projects and Coordination with Internal and External Commands
-Development, Optimization and Analysis of SQL requests to ensure efficient databases
-Project Documentation, including Technical and Custom Documentation
-Detection and Analysis of Opportunities for Improving Existing Processes
-Technical Education (Higher / Unfinished Higher)-will be an advantage;
-Information Technology Knowledge-CRM Systems, IP telephony;
-SQL Knowledge at Requests and Procedure Writing level;
-experience in shaping the vehicle;
-Knowledge and Practical Application of Use Case, User Story;
-Excellent communication skills, proactiveness, experience in multitasking and timing of tasks;
-Knowledge BPMN, Uml;
-Knowledge and experience of implementing data exchange methods using API;
