Business Analyst in Sharkskod, TOV

We have a match if you have:

• Intermediate level of English;
• Experience in the position of Business Analytic from 3 years;
• Experience in using notations and modeling languages;
• Experience using graphic editors of diagrams and flowcharts (FigJam, Miro,Draw.io or others);
• Confident working skills in Confluence;
• Understanding of Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD) task artifacts;< /li>
• Understanding SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle);
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, Kanban;
• Knowledge of business analysis methods and techniques;
• li>Experience with project management tools (for example, JIRA, Trello);
• Experience with version control systems (SVN, Git, etc)
• Experience with CRM systems;
   

 Future tasks:

• Collection, systematization and documentation of requirements in Confluence;
• Creation of diagrams, flowcharts, flow-charts, user flows;
• Creation of tasks/ stories/epics in Jira;
• Analysis of the product and its competitors and suggestions for product improvement;
• Regular interaction with the development team to adapt requirements
• Additional comments for recruiter

 It will be a plus if you have:

• Understanding the functionality of work or participation in the development of CRM systems
