Duties:

• Modeling, analysis and optimization of business processes for an e-commerce project;
• Optimization of the company's organizational structure;
• Preparation of analytical reports and recommendations for management;

• Control over the execution of business processes, their monitoring and support;
• Establishment and improvement of processes in an environment of constant change and adaptation to new market conditions;
• Experience with automation and optimization tools (a big plus - experience with ClickUp or Jira ).
• Cooperation with the development department.

Requirements:

• Work experience as a business analyst or business process optimization manager for 2 years or more;
• Knowledge of the Agile methodology and experience working in dynamic companies where conditions are constantly changing;
• Experience in building and optimizing processes in the IT environment;
• Knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (preferred);
• Confident command of Miro, Visio, Power tools BI, MS Office, Google Docs;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently and adopt decisions.
