We are looking for a positionLeading compliance specialist in RB Group of compliance projects in RB.

If you join us, you will:

• execution of project work in the direction of preparation and implementation of compliance procedures in retail business;
• analysis, optimization and improvement of existing processes aimed at increasing the efficiency of compliance processes;
• cooperation with system analysts, formation of business requirements;
• analysis of efficiency identification and opening/closing of customer accounts (measurement of process indicators – process length, time spent by process participants, % of errors and defects, level of customer satisfaction, etc.);
• implementation of actions to simplify identification and opening processes/ closing of Clients' accounts;
• development of business requirements and technical tasks for refinements of processes of identification and opening/closing of Clients' accounts in IT systems of the bank, testing of IT refinements.

This job is made for you if you have:< /p>

• complete higher education;
• 3 years of work experience in the field;
• experience of launching financial online tools for clients;
• li>
• ability to analyze and structure information;
• knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level (preferred);
• communication skills: the ability to negotiate and work in a team.
