Qualifications and experience.

Required:

• Higher education - technical, mathematical, economic;
• Knowledge of the subject area - in the field of banking technologies, processes and products;
• Knowledge and practical experience of applying BPMN standards;
• Possession of skills in the application of methods and business analysis technician;
• Knowledge of software development stages;
• Ability to analyze information and structure it in accordance with the conclusions of the analysis;
• Confident communication skills.

Your Role:

• Identification of business needs, determination of the purpose and stakeholders of project tasks. Determination of existing regulatory and other limitations of the declared need;
• Performance of a preliminary analysis of the task and assessment of labor costs for the preparation of formalized requirements of the task;
• Collection of requirements of interested parties. Performing a preliminary analysis of the requirements, checking the compliance of the stated requirements with the goals of the task, identified limitations;
• Performing work on formalizing the functional and non-functional requirements of the task in accordance with the readiness criteria agreed with the internal consumer of the result;
• Prototyping user interfaces;
• Participation in determining the structure and relationship of work on preparing the statement of the problem, development of the requested functionality;
• Coordination of requirements with all interested parties;
• Participation in meetings, working groups;
• Providing testing support according to the requirements of the task in the role of an expert.< /li>
