Yours tasks:

• Full use and management of the system for analyzing the company's work.
• Analysis of marketing results . (by cities, sources, key indicators)
• Analysis of the work of the sales department and each employee as a whole according to predetermined kpi
• Analysis of management reports, profitability.
• Efficiency analysis new projects.
• Formation of financial motivation systems based on the analysis of the job process and available kpi.
• To draw conclusions about past actions and plan future actions.
• Prediction of key performance indicators of the company at different levels. (branch, employee, department)
• Financial modeling of processes.

What is important to us:

• Experience as an analyst for more than 1 year.
• Analytical skills and the ability to work with statistical data;
• High level of self-organization and structural presentation of data
• Experience in solving company business problems
• Logical thinking, communication and proactivity.
