About the project: Novaworkspace. The project is intended for internal users and is a workplace of a company employee. It is a mobile-friendly web application: personnel accounting (admission\dismissal, vacation\hospital, etc.). Work with tangible and intangible assets (recording of fixed assets, TMC, inventory, etc.), surveys, personnel applications, salary issues.

What will you do:

• Product support and development. Assessment of business processes, identification of areas for improvement, development and implementation of solutions. Conducting continuous reviews of business processes and development of optimization strategies.
• Identification and analysis of requirements. The task of communicating with users to determine their requirements and share ideas and conclusions. Identifying deficiencies in requirements (inaccuracies, incompleteness, ambiguities or contradictions) and their correction.
• Writing user stories and user cases.
• Supporting developers during development.
• Performing testing.
• Writing userDocs.
• Project management, development of project plans and performance monitoring. Monitoring results and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Managing resources and priorities.

About you:

• education: higher;
• at least 2 years of business analysis experience;
• experience of conducting interviews with stakeholders;
• experience in creating project documentation and other materials (BRD, BPMN, use cases, business rules, functional and non-functional specifications, user interface design specifications, user stories, task logs);
• practical experience in applying key technical methods of business analysis (use scenarios, user stories, acceptance criteria, prototyping, mind mapping, functional decomposition, etc.);
• hands-on experience with tools used for business analysis and teamwork activities (modeling and prototyping tools such as Figma, requirements tracking systems such like Jira, Confluence, means of cocommunications, etc.);
• practical experience in solving integration tasks (API, JSON, REST, XML, Postgres, etc.).

Preference will be:

• work experience a business analyst with back-office management processes, namely: warehouse logistics, work with tangible and intangible assets (accounting for fixed assets, inventory, inventory, etc.);
• practical experience in multitasking;
