Requirements:

• Work experience business analyst, data analyst, product manager
• Ability to quickly understand new analytical tools
• Ability to analyze data, find insights in it
• Ability to create presentations, explain complex products and concepts in plain language
• English proficiency at level B2 or higher
• Permanent residence in Kyiv

Responsibilities:

• Conducting trainings on the use of the product for clients (analysts of law enforcement agencies, law enforcement agencies, security services)
• Preparation of materials (examples , presentations) for training
• Analysis of customer needs in the use of analytical tools, collection of product feedback, generation of ideas for new functionality
• Communication with customers on technical issues
