Your key task will be to help the business increase sales or increase efficiency of managers due to automation. 

What will you do:

• Conduct an audit of clients' business processes, analyze their needs and describe them in plain language.
• Implement and configure CRM systems from our portfolio ( at first it will be simple KeyCRM and NetHunt systems).
• Lead projects from planning to time and budget control, ensuring high quality of work.
• Interact with clients, deeply understanding their tasks and goals, supporting at every step stage of the project.
• Conduct training and present solutions to clients, develop training materials and instructions.
• Support clients after project launch, ensuring a high level of their satisfaction.
• Constantly explore new technical possibilities and improve approaches in CRM implementation.

• Form the company's knowledge base and propose ideas for improving processes.

Key tasks:

• Independently close 2-3 typical projects per month, ensuring customer satisfaction at the level of 90%+.
• Ensure quality project support from start to final result.

You are perfect for us if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in implementing CRM for companies, you have real cases that you can talk about.
• You know the basics of business analysis and understand the software development process (what is API, Webhooks).
• It is easy to work with several typical projects at the same time (2-5), because you are highly self-organized and focused on result.
• You have the skills of business etiquette and know how to establish friendly and professional relations with clients.

• You bring the work to the end and do not give a chance for something or someone not to complete the work :)
