Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Work experience in the position of Business analyst from 2 years;
• Experience in implementing and supporting systems on the 1C: Enterprise 8.3 platform;
• Experience in managing the development and implementation of IT projects;
• Organizational abilities, responsibility for accepted decision and result;
• High efficiency, proactivity, stress resistance, ability to work in a team, focus on result.

The advantage will be:

• Experience in the insurance or financial sector;
• Basic knowledge of accounting and management accounting;

• Having 1C BAS certificates and/or business analysis practices will be a big advantage.

Responsibilities:

• System-based IT project management 1C: Enterprise 8.3 in a dynamic business environment, atypical configuration;
• Support of projects and developments throughout the entire life cycle, control and coordination of deadlines;
• Interaction with users and owners of business processes, collection of business needs, description and coordination of business requirements, writing of technical tasks;
• Description of company processes taking into account the system architecture and the use of techniques process modeling;
• Participation in the construction of automation of the company's business processes;
• Analysis of competitors and improvement of the company's strategy.
