Business analyst in Spetscon

We are looking for a business analyst who will change our business!

We need an enthusiast who likes to work in a team and generate new ideas. You will participate in all stages of the project life cycle, from the formation of requirements to the implementation of solutions.

• Ability to conduct deep data analysis to make informed decisions.

Duties:

• Creation or correction of instructions for positions.
• Calculating the efficiency of all departments
• Description of all business processes of the company, integration of new work processes that will improve team interaction.
• Development of regulations that will help standardize business processes
• Tracking of KPIs, regular evaluation of performance and preparation of reports for management.
• Searching for ways to improve the organization of processes, increase employee productivity
