Business Analyst in Nova Digital

Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, , which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them. We create, maintain and constantly improve software products, the convenience of which has already been appreciated by 32 million private and business clients of Nova Poshta. We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Business Analyst.

Requirements
— 3 + years of experience as an IT business analyst
— Deep understanding of business processes and requirements analysis methods
—Ability to work with various stakeholders and communicate effectively
—Experience using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Power
Point, Excel, Google Workplace)
— Proficiency in English not lower than B1
— Expert level of analytical skills
— Understanding of REST API, experience in HTTP clients (e.g. Postman)

Responsibilities
— Collection and analysis of user requirements and business processes for software development
security and information systems
— Development of documentation, including requirements specificationsg, diagrams of business processes and other necessary materials
—Collaboration with team leaders and stakeholders for ensuring a successful implementation of tasks and projects br style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400"/>—Compliance testing and bug detection of software
—User support and technical problem solving
— Create and publish a release description
— Monitoring of market trends and innovations in the field of business analysis in IT

Will be a plus
—Experience in the field of logistics\information will be an advantage
— Knowledge of technical aspects of software development
