Ensuria is an innovative othertech company specializing in product (technological) solutions and services in the field of life and health insurance, which was founded in Ukraine and has offices in Tallinn, Melbourne and Kyiv.

We create customized solutions for corporate clients and also offer private clients access to flexible and affordable products through the Ensuria mobile application on a subscription model. Our company provides a service to support insured clients in any matter with the help of our own assistance. Today, our company includes more than 100 corporate clients, 20,000 users and more than 170 team members.

We are looking for responsible and communicative professionals with experience have worked for more than 2 years in the position of a business analyst who participated in projects to implement their own CRM systems, applications and chatbots, and have a desire to become part of our team.

Basic requirements:

1. Knowledge of the software development life cycle;
2. Identification and analysis of business requirements;
3. Modeling of business processes (UML, BPMN, prototyping), data flows ;
4. Documentation preparation (SRS);
5. Stakeholder management;
6. Higher education in economics, information technology or related fields;
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Would be a plus: understanding of databases, entity relationships and query optimization, basic SQL knowledge, insurance and support experience.

Your tasks:

1. Collection of requirements from stakeholders;
2. Analysis of business processes;
3. Modeling of business processes (UML, BPMN, prototyping), data flows;< /li>
4. Preparation of specifications for software development;
5. Interaction with a team of designers and developers;
6. Providing support, consultation and training of system users;
7. Participation in functional and integration testing.
