SIMPATIC GROUP Holding is a group of successful companies in the field of e-commerce (B2C). We are a Ukrainian manufacturer of quality niche products - Beauty&Healthy (care cosmetics, household chemicals, liquid detergents. And our 2023 novelties are perfumes and aroma diffusers!

We manufacture products at our own production facility "Healthy Pharm Ukraine", which is located in Kyiv, and are very popular among our customers because our products are about: quality, availability and satisfaction.

Currently we are looking for a cool specialist to join the team of the commercial department of headoffice - Senior Business analyst!

What for we are important in a candidate:

• knowledge of management principles and project management experience;
• experience working with chatbots: creation, support, configuration;
• participation in implementation projects of ERP configurations, BUH software products of the BAS / 1C:Enterprise line will be an advantage;
• knowledge of database theory

What are the above skills needed for? In order for you to perform the following tasks easily and with pleasure:

• participate in implementation projects of software products of the BAS line;

• analyze and describe business processes;

• develop functional requirements for new functionality;

• test new functionality;

• develop instructions;

• support of BAS / 1C: Enterprise;
• setting up chatbots and channels (technical part)
