Chief specialist of the process analysis department, Department of the development of the electronic health care system.

Main functional duties:

Analysis of legislation related to the operation of the electronic health care system (hereinafter referred to as the System)
Preparation of draft legal acts related to the operation of the System and implementation of new functionality in the System
Processing of draft legal acts submitted for approval
Preparation and maintenance of legal documentation, which concerns the functioning of the System (purchase agreements, agreements on the transfer of property rights, license agreements, cooperation agreements, memoranda, etc.)
Preparation and provision of explanations about the System, forming answers to requests

Main requirements for candidates:

Participation in the implementation of projects in the public sector
Availability of adopted legal acts that were developed by the candidate
Interaction with many stakeholders at the same time
Experience in legal support of contractual work , in particular in the field of intellectual property, procurement, etc.
