We are looking for a business analyst to join the ACTIV Group of Companies team!

Responsibilities:

1. Pricing:

• Analysis of market trends and competitive environment to determine optimal prices for training courses.
• Development and implementation of pricing strategies for new products and services.
• Monitoring and revision of existing prices with the aim of increasing profitability and competitiveness.

2. Financial modeling:

• Creation of financial models to assess the potential profitability of new and existing courses.
• Forecasting financial indicators based on various scenarios of market development and internal company dynamics.
• Calculation of key performance indicators (KPI) for products and business areas.

3. Calculation of profitability of products:

• Analysis of the cost and revenue structure to assess the profitability of training courses.
• Determination of break-even points and optimal sales volumes.
• Preparation of recommendations for increasing profitability and efficiency resource usage.

4. Analytics and reporting:

• Preparation of regular reports on the company's financial performance.
• Analysis of the financial performance of individual projects and products.
• Preparation of analytical reports for management on key metrics and business indicators.

5. Decision support:

• Providing analytical information and recommendations to substantiate strategic management decisions.
• Participation in the development of the company's long-term financial plans.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of economics, finance or related disciplines.
• 2 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Experience with pricing and financial models is mandatory.
• Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Ability to effectively interact with other departments (marketing, sales, development).
