Business analyst in IWIS

IWIS is a young and focused IT outsourcing company .

Our goal is to introduce new and solve complex, non-standard IT tasks, namely in the direction of Mobile & Web development and Data Science.

Our team is currently looking for a Business analyst for hourly employment - we really need your professionalism on our projects. We know that you will help us become even better! 

What will you do? 

• Analyze the business needs of the customer and develop the optimal solution to meet these needs;< /li>
• Identify, collect and analyze requirements for the future product, applying various elicitation techniques and methodologies;
• Document requirements of different types (writing Vision & Scope document, SRS);
• Document requirements using various techniques (user story, use case, BPMN, UML, functional decomposition, dependencies, assumptions and constraints, etc.);
• Analyze problem areas and suggestions for improvement;
• Manage requirements (Prioritization, Change request);
• Set tasks and communicate with the development team.

Important for us:

• Knowledge of collection, analysis and formalization methodology;
• Ability to quickly learn the subject area to be analyzed;
• Understand the life cycle of requirements and software development;

• Understand what API is, the basics of programming, software testing, algorithm logic, economics;
• Work experience in JIRA;
• Ability to create UML, BPMN diagrams;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Intermediate English - ability to read and understand technical documentation, prepare a letter for technical platform support;
• Ability to analyze, make quick decisions, be autonomous , understand the customer's problems, communicate.

It will be a plus:

• Understanding the approach of forming User Stories and User Case;
• International certification;
• Experience with microservice architecture, API;
• Understanding the project development life cycle;
• SQL knowledge (Postgre, MySQL, MSSQL, ClickHouse);
• Practical prototyping and modeling skills;
• Practical experience with Agile , Scrum methodology.
